A Perfect Combo: Jeans and a White Tee

When I do not know what to wear, I reach for jeans and a white tee, and I have never once regretted it. The whole trick is in the fit, so I spend more time on the proportions than on anything else. I went deeper on a related idea in White Jeans For Women, Styled Simply.

 

For tees I like a little weight and a clean neckline, like the Anine Bing Sixtine or the Willow from VRG GRL. The perfectwhitetee Harley is the one I pull on when I want long sleeves. For denim, a straight leg does the most work: Agolde's 90s Pinch Waist, the Levi's 501 or Madewell's short straight jean. Nili Lotan's wide leg is what I wear when I want the same outfit to feel a bit more relaxed. Tuck the front of the tee, add a belt, and you are done.
