Color Moment

Color Moment

A color-first edit of bright sweaters, skirts and dresses in red, pink, green and orange. It is for anyone who wants to add one bold piece to what they already wear.

I think of color as the quickest way to make a plain outfit feel new, and this edit is all about picking one bright piece and letting it lead. Start with red. The Vince V-neck sweater looks great over a white tee and gray trousers, and Moon River's red eyelet midi is the dress I would wear to a long lunch with flat sandals.

If red feels loud, try the softer colors: a lavender cashmere sweater from Lisa Yang, a green ruffle skirt from Tibi, or Reformation's pink cropped crew with plain jeans. Yellow the Label's orange fringe skirt and SIMONMILLER's rainbow stripe poplin dress are for days when you want everyone to notice. I like to add the NIA merlot cardigan or Pistola's green cardigan as a second color over a white shirt. Keep the shoes and bag simple and let one color do the talking.
