Double Denim

Denim jackets and jeans meant to be worn together, in dark rinse, raw and light washes. For anyone who wants a double denim outfit that looks planned.

Double denim only works when you decide it is on purpose, so I pick two washes that clearly differ. A dark pair like the LE JEAN Slim or the Quince deep rinse wide leg looks sharp under a light jacket such as the Sanctuary Charlotte, and the reverse works just as well with a dark chore jacket over pale jeans.

 

For something cropped I would go with the Lioness Form jacket or the Good American swing, and then keep the jeans loose, like the Pistola Beau crescent or the LE JEAN barrel. If you want a longer leg, the EB Denim Rowan flare and the 7 For All Mankind bootcut both stretch the line down to the shoe. A plain white tee in the middle keeps the two denims from blending together.
