From a PDF Workout Guide to Bloom Creatine, Greens and Pop Soda

Mari Llewellyn and Greg LaVecchia built Bloom from workout PDFs, resistance bands and a pre-workout, and Bloom creatine is the tub that shows what the brand is about. Here is the whole shelf, from the powders to the greens to the sparkling cans.

Bloom has a very tidy origin story, and I mean that as a compliment. Mari Llewellyn started by sharing her own fitness changes online, and she and Greg LaVecchia, now her husband, turned the response into PDF workout guides and fabric resistance bands, and the brand grew out of her father's attic. Bloom Nutrition itself launched in January 2019, and Llewellyn says they started with a pre-workout. The founders describe the idea as supplements with flavor and function that feel approachable instead of intimidating. The greens powder came next and made the brand a name, and the sparkling drinks followed in 2024. I am starting with Bloom creatine because it shows the brand's point of view so clearly. Llewellyn has said creatine has long been regarded as something only for men, and Bloom's own page presents its unflavored creatine monohydrate as a supplement for women's wellness. That is the brand's framing, not mine, and I am not going to promise what any tub does for your body. If you are thinking about adding a supplement, a quick word with your doctor first is the sensible move. What I can do is tell you what is in each of the first twelve things below, beginning with four powders that all end up in a shaker bottle.

Twelve boxes on a pale gray page, one for each product in the first three grids of this edit, each with its brand and name printed below: Bloom Nutrition Creatine Monohydrate Powder, Bloom Nutrition Clear Whey Protein Raspberry Lemonade, Bloom Nutrition Pre Workout Sour Peach Ring, Bloom Nutrition Hydration Electrolyte Sticks Strawberry Lemonade, Bloom Nutrition Superfood Greens Powder Berry, Bloom Nutrition Greens Powder with Digestive Enzymes, Bloom Nutrition Super Greens Gummies Strawberry Kiwi, Bloom Nutrition Bovine Colostrum Strawberries & Cream, Bloom Nutrition Zero Sugar Energy Drink Peach Mango, 12 Pack, Bloom Nutrition Sparkling Energy Drink Minis, 12 Pack, Bloom Nutrition Bloom Pop Prebiotic Soda Rocket Blast, 12 Pack and Bloom Nutrition Energy Drink Powder Packets Peach Mango.

The scoop that made the brand

The scoop that built Bloom is the Greens & Superfoods blend, and both versions are here. The berry one lists more than 30 ingredients, including prebiotics, probiotics, antioxidants, adaptogens, digestive enzymes, fruits, vegetables and organic spirulina and chlorella. The coconut one adds beet root powder to that idea. If you have only ever had a gritty green drink, flavor is the real story, so I would pick one flavor and mix it in a cold bottle with a proper shake before you judge it. The gummies are the no-mixing version, with fruits, vegetables, probiotics and fiber in a strawberry kiwi chew that the brand says is inspired by its signature blend. The colostrum is the odd one out in the best way: bovine colostrum with probiotics, in a strawberries and cream flavor. Read each label for serving size, because they are all different.

Cans, minis and a soda

Bloom's drinks are where the brand got loud. Sparkling Energy debuted in 2024, and the 12 ounce can here is zero sugar with 180 mg of natural caffeine from green coffee bean extract, according to the label. The minis are the same idea in a smaller 7.5 ounce can with 100 mg. The powder packets are the travel version, with 180 mg of natural caffeine, B vitamins and L-theanine. Then there is Bloom Pop, the prebiotic soda that arrived in 2025, which is caffeine-free, with no aspartame and no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives, says the brand. What I would skip is stacking all of these in one morning. A can, a pre-workout and a packet each list their own caffeine, so read the labels and add them up before you pour a second one.

Back to the shaker bottle

I came to Bloom expecting a pink tub and a lot of noise. What I found, as far as I can tell, is a brand that starts from things people already buy, like greens, energy drinks and soda, and then works on flavor. Creatine fits the same pattern. Start with the one flavor that sounds good to you, keep the label handy, and check with your doctor before anything new goes into your routine. If you want to keep browsing, I also put together In bloom and Dior Lip Glow Dupe.
