Gifts for Boss: Desk Pieces, Leather Goods and Small Things They Will Use

Gifts for boss that stay professional: desk pieces, leather goods, notebooks and pens, candles, and mugs for the office.

Keep It Thoughtful and Simple

Gifts for boss should be useful and understated. The best ones sit on a desk or live in a bag and never feel personal in the wrong way. These are the gifts for boss I would pick.

For the Desk

A good desk piece looks nice every day. The Ugmonk analog card organizer and multi pen tray are clean and smart, and the Heath Ceramics tray holds small things. The Studio Prepa paperweight is a sculptural touch.

Leather Goods

Leather goods last. The Leatherology pouches and the Parker Clay utility pouch hold the small things, and the Orbitkey key organizer is tidy. Baronfig's leather pen sheath and notebook case are for the note taker.

Candles

A candle on an office shelf is a safe, warm gift. The P.F. Candle Co. scents are understated, and Maison Louis Marie and Atmo are more refined. Boy Smells has a bolder option.

Coffee and Tea

A boss drinks a lot of coffee. The Fellow Carter and the KINTO LUX mug are the ones I would pick. They look good on any desk.

A Simple Rule

Keep it small and useful. A candle or a pen is easy to accept. Anything more personal is for someone you know well.
