Grande lash serum is the GrandeLASH-MD formula Alicia Grande developed with chemists and ophthalmologists for longer, thicker-looking lashes. Here it is with the Peptide+ version, the brow serums, four other lash serums and the conditioning mascaras.
Grande Lash Serum, What It Can and Cannot Do, and the Alternatives

Alicia Grande lost some of her lash fullness after pregnancy, went looking for a serum to help, and found that the category barely existed. So in 2008 she started Grande Cosmetics and, by her account, developed GrandeLASH-MD with cosmetic chemists and ophthalmologists. Grande lash serum is still the brand's best-known product, and Grande describes the whole range as functional cosmetics, meant to give bolder, stronger-looking features over time. The MD formula is made for longer, thicker-looking lashes, applied once a day along the upper lash line, and the Peptide+ version is built around peptides instead. GrandeBROW does the same job for brows, and the tinted gel is a brow serum and a tinted brow gel in one, so you get color while you wait. Be patient, because Grande says visible change takes four to six weeks of daily use, with full results at three months. Grande's label says not to use GrandeLASH-MD if you are pregnant or nursing, and it is not recommended with any eye condition, so ask an eye doctor or dermatologist before you start if you have sensitive eyes or wear contacts. That is not a formality with anything applied this close to the eye.

Four from Grande Cosmetics
Other serums on the shelf
The Ordinary launched in 2016 with 27 products named after their ingredients, and its multi-peptide serum works on lashes and brows at once. Olaplex's Lashbond is made for longer, thicker, stronger-looking lashes, and Olaplex says every product it makes carries its patented bond building ingredient. Vegamour began in 2016 with an eyelash serum, and its formulas use red clover and mung bean and are vegan. Augustinus Bader comes from a stem-cell scientist in Leipzig, and its two-in-one serum works on lashes and brows. Apply any of them to clean, dry lashes at night, and let it dry before your face meets the pillow.
Mascaras that condition, and the skip
The last row is for the lashes you have today. GrandeMASCARA uses peptides to condition while it builds a faux lash look, and GrandeGLAZE is a salon-inspired gel for sheer tint and definition. Diorshow Maximizer 4D is a primer and serum that boosts length, volume and curl before mascara. Kosas, which Sheena Yaitanes started at her kitchen table in Los Angeles in 2015, makes Soulgazer, a lengthening mascara with serum built in, designed for sensitive eyes. What I would skip is layering two lash serums at once. More product near the eye means more chance of irritation, not faster results.

How I would use them
Pick one serum, apply it every night for three months, and take a photo on day one so you can judge honestly. Keep it off the lower lid and wipe away any that drifts. Stop if your eyes sting or redden, and see a doctor if it persists. A conditioning mascara in the meantime helps sparse lashes look fuller while you wait. If you want to keep browsing, I also put together Grande Lash Serum and Other Lash Serums Worth Knowing and L'Oréal Foundation.
