High Rise

A women's edit of high-rise leggings in full length and 7/8. Mostly black, with a few colors for studio days and everyday wear.

A good high-rise legging is the piece I reach for most, and I am picky about it. I want a waistband that stays put through a whole class, fabric that does not go see-through, and a length that works with the shoes I actually wear. For 7/8 length I keep coming back to Beyond Yoga's Spacedye, which is soft and a little heathered, and Vuori's Daily, which is very easy to wear all day. SET's Formcloud feels smooth on the skin, and Splits59 makes a Margot legging with a thin stripe that looks good on a walk. SPANX is the one I trust when I want a bit of hold.
