lululemon Black Friday 2026: What I Dug Up on a Sale That Is Not a Sale

lululemon has not given US dates. Its France page says Black Friday and Cyber Monday are coming, in stores and online, with a preview for newsletter subscribers, and it names Align, Fast and Free and Wunder Train. No discount is stated.

In 2024 the sale ran from Black Friday through Cyber Monday, December 2, at up to 50% off apparel, shoes and equipment. UK coverage counted 512 styles at up to 64% off.

In 2025 iOS app users got early access from November 17, the public sale began November 21 online and in stores, and it ran into December 1. More than 500 styles were marked down, and Runner's World put the best tested picks at up to 62% off on Cyber Monday. Gift cards were excluded.

The thing to know is that this is not a coupon on everything. It is a bigger We Made Too Much.

In November 2024 on r/lululemon, a moderator said the year before, early access was app-only on the Thursday before Thanksgiving, hit the website the day before Thanksgiving and stores on Black Friday. A year later commenters said the sale was really a bigger markdown, and that core colors like black, white and grey rarely drop unless they are discontinued.

If I want an Align in black, I do not wait for a markdown that is not coming. If I am flexible on color, I live in the app that week.
