MAY MASHIAH is the Tel Aviv label May Mashiah started in 2017 as a made-to-order atelier, now known for bridal, eveningwear and a lot of sparkle. I would go here for a real entrance, and this edit is the tops, jackets and skirts I would build a night around.

MAY MASHIAH Tops: Evening Pieces Worth the Price
From a Tel Aviv atelier to the evening calendar
I always trust a label that starts with an atelier, and May Mashiah did exactly that. She founded her Tel Aviv house in 2017 as a made-to-order practice, building luxury bridal and eveningwear around daring silhouettes, sparkle and one-of-a-kind pieces. I like the human scale of that origin: a designer shaping a dress for one particular woman before the wider world ever sees it.
A collaboration with Retrofête followed, with hand-sewn tulle minis and crystal detail, which tells me she treats a night dress as something made, not just decorated. The audience has grown a lot since, but the center of the label stays close to the body, deliberate in the cut and unafraid of shine. I would come here when the invitation asks for a real entrance, not a safe dress.

Corsetry with color and a little shine
I think corsetry is the clearest bridge from her eveningwear vocabulary to these separates. The Emma Corset in silver and the Sidney Top in black and silver bring the party, while the Cleo Corset and Laura Bra in olive green pull the palette toward something earthier. The Noa Top in russet and Annie Top in dark brown are the deeper end of the range, and the Milly Top in champagne softens the mix for a dressier evening.
Picture her leaving dinner in the Annie Top and a long, clean skirt, with the rich brown doing the work instead of adding more jewelry. My tip is to choose the neckline and shape of the corset first, then build the skirt or trousers around it. A fitted piece like this already sets the direction of the whole outfit.

A second layer for the after-dark look
Here the evening story opens into layers and separates. The Ellie Blazer in olive green and the Omer Jacket in vintage azure are strong color anchors over a corset, and the Marlow Jacket in olive velvet is a texture I would save for after dark. The Emmy Skirt in dark brown adds a warm counterpoint, and the Raya Dress in champagne and Cami Dress in dark brown bring the whole thing back to the occasion.
In my fashion dreams, she wears the Omer Jacket over a simple column and leaves the color to do the talking. What I would skip: pairing a bold jacket with an equally loud skirt. Keep one piece quiet and the drama stays personal, not costume-like.

The dress with a point of view
The through line here is a designer's hand: a Tel Aviv atelier built on made-to-order eveningwear, grown into an international label that still cares about a dress that changes the room, which I love. I like that I can enter the story with this mix through a corset or a blazer, not only a gown. I would start with one expressive silhouette and keep color and accessories restrained enough to let it breathe. That feels true to what Mashiah set out to do, which is dress a woman for the night she has been waiting for.
