Naked Knit

Naked Knit

Simple knit tops, tanks and halters in plain colors, built on 90s minimalism. It is for anyone who wants a few clean pieces that go with everything.

Naked knit is my name for the knit top that does almost nothing and looks right every time. Think a plain tank, a fitted halter or a close polo in a color you could wear on repeat. The 90s minimalism idea is all in the proportions: slim on top, a wide denim or trouser leg below, and no extra layers fighting for attention.

I keep coming back to the Iris top from Reformation in red, the soft Kayla camisole from With Jéan and the Draped Wool Top from Helmut Lang when I want a little shape. The Sugarman polos from Nackiye are the ones to look at if you like a collar. ZARA's washed rib halter and the simple sleeveless wool top are easy answers for everyday, and St. Agni's wrap top works over a slip skirt or the widest jeans you own.
