An office wardrobe built on pencil and midi skirts, sharp blazers and trousers with a textured twist. It is made for anyone who wants work clothes with a little edge.

Office alt is what happens when the work uniform gets a little weird in a good way. I start with a skirt that has something going on, like the lace Selmo from BAUM UND PFERDGARTEN, the fringed Billie from VRG GRL or the corduroy Arlen from LE BOP, and keep everything else sharp.

 

A blazer does the heavy lifting on top. I like the Headlines from Favorite Daughter with a plain white shirt, and the plaid double breasted one from Good American when I want a little more attitude. For trousers, Vince's pinstripe wide leg and the Madewell corduroy pair both look right with flat boots, and DuoBoots' knee high black ones finish the whole thing so it works at a desk and later at a gallery.
