Rhode eye patches lead this edit through rhode skincare and lip care, other eye patches, and under-eye treatments. I sort the options by texture and when I would reach for each one, with a few small checks before I wear them.

Rhode Eye Patches: The Rest of a Glazed Routine
In its 2022 look back, Vogue noted that Hailey Bieber had declared the year all about “glazed doughnut” skin, and described her as the poster girl for one of that year’s biggest beauty trends. I think of it as a look built around shine and hydration, but what interests me is the routine behind it. I like a beauty idea that starts with a small, repeatable step.
Hailey Bieber’s skincare line rhode launched in June 2022 with Peptide Lip Treatment, Peptide Glazing Fluid, and Barrier Restore Cream. The brand’s own note describes a daily routine philosophy built around one really good product at a time. That is the lens I bring to rhode eye patches: a prep step, not the whole story.
Peptide Eye Prep Depuffing Eye Patches are the silver-gray lead, with cooling hydrogel, caffeine, a peptide, and sodium PCA. Rhode says each box includes six sets. I would put them on clean, dry under-eyes for ten to fifteen minutes while I make coffee or choose an outfit. The brand suggests two to three uses a week, or as needed. I treat any visible change as a maybe, not a promise; the cooling feel is what I want before makeup.
Glazing Milk Hydrating Ceramide Facial Essence is my milky in-between layer, followed by the lighter gel feel of Peptide Glazing Fluid Dewy Gel Serum or the cushion of Barrier Restore Cream Hydrating Daily Moisturizer. Peptide Lip Treatment Nourishing Glaze can live on the bedside table, away from the eye routine. On drier mornings, Barrier Butter Intensive Moisturizing Balm sounds like a richer last step; Glazing Mist Hydrating Face Spray can sit near my desk, and Pineapple Refresh PGA Daily Cleanser closes the loop at the sink. I would add one new layer at a time, then see whether its texture belongs in this order.

Patches for different mornings
Texture is my first filter here: hydrogel can feel cool and slippery, while biocellulose has a closer drape. I want either type to stay put while I look down, then lift cleanly before concealer. If the corners creep, I save that pair for another morning.
Summer Fridays Jet Lag Eye Patches pair glycerin, hyaluronic acid, and niacinamide, so I would try them when I want a hydrated base. Peter Thomas Roth Water Drench Eye Mask Patches bring multiple sizes of hyaluronic acid, while Cucumber De-Tox Hydra-Gel Eye Mask Patches take the cucumber-and-caffeine route. I picture Water Drench for an unhurried prep window, cucumber for an early start.
Rare Beauty Find Comfort Hydrating Under Eye Patches combine caffeine and green tea with hyaluronic acid. Peace Out Caffeine Puffy Under-Eye Patches use biocellulose, niacinamide, and hyaluronic acid. Torriden DIVE IN Hydra-Glow Eye Patch is another moisture-focused choice, while YISE Beauty The Overachiever patches offer a no-slip style with vitamin C. Beauty of Joseon Revive Under Eye Patches have a wide wing shape for the days I want a little more coverage.
I would compare the ingredient list with my usual routine, then test the fit while sitting up and looking down. What I would skip: picking a pair simply because it promises a wake-up. The shape and texture need to feel comfortable first.

Beyond the patch
An eye treatment earns its place by fitting the morning I actually have. I like a stick or rollerball when I am moving, and a gel or cream when I can take a moment; none has to replace a patch.
REFY Eye Balm is a cooling balm-essence stick, while The INKEY List Bio-Active Ceramide Lifting + Firming Eye Cream feels more like a deliberate cream step. Its Caffeine De-puffing + Dark Circle Eye Cream is the lighter caffeine-and-peptide option. Dieux Auracle Peptide & Antioxidant Smooth + Depuff Eye Serum brings peptides and algae complexes; I would treat the name as a description, not a guarantee.
innisfree Green Tea Caffeine Korean Eye Serum uses a rollerball with green tea, two percent caffeine, and three percent niacinamide. Paula’s Choice Pro-Collagen Peptide Firming Eye Gel Serum has four targeted peptides, a different texture to test under concealer. 111SKIN Cryo De-Puffing Eye Mask Box gives me a hydrogel treatment for a slower morning, while Patchology FlashPatch Restoring Night Eye Gels make sense as a nighttime step.
Before I settle on one, I check how the applicator feels and whether the formula sits comfortably under the makeup I actually wear. If a rollerball catches, a balm drags, or a gel pills, I would save it for another part of the routine. I would also introduce one new product at a time, so I can tell which texture I like.

An easy morning order
I would keep the morning order simple: cleanse, add the lightest hydrating layer, then choose patches or one under-eye treatment. I would wait for it to settle before concealer, rather than stacking every cooling sachet in sight. If I have a little time, the patches can sit while I make coffee; if I am late, I would reach for a stick or roller that takes only a few swipes.
After a few mornings, I would keep the texture I reach for without thinking and let the rest wait in the drawer. The glazed look is fun to borrow, but the part I like is the pause: a cool minute before the day starts telling me what it wants. I do not need every step at once. If you want to keep browsing, I also put together Air, Not Heat and Rhode Blush.
If the cooling pause appeals, I also gathered the rhode eye patches and other hydrogel patches that work the same way.
