Safari Style

A safari-inspired edit of sharp shirts, utility jackets, cargos and sun-washed neutrals. It is for anyone who wants a little adventure in an everyday wardrobe.

Safari style is really about color and cut: khaki, olive, cream and tobacco, in shapes that look like they could handle a long day outside. I start with the shirt. Nili Lotan's Yorke and Travis shirts are crisp enough to wear buttoned up or open over a tank, and the Elio in a rustic check adds a little pattern without losing the mood. For the bottom half I like the Marcelle cargo from Citizens of Humanity in a pale cream, or AGOLDE's long shorts when it is hot. Barbour's Safari Baythorpe is the jacket I would throw over everything, and Carhartt WIP's Quentin works when you want something darker and tougher. Frank & Eileen's oversized denim shirt ties the whole thing back to a regular weekday.
