Street Wide

Street Wide

A women's edit of wide-leg, baggy and barrel jeans, from light washes to inky black. Made for anyone who likes a relaxed, low-slung jean with a real street feel.

Street style runs on jeans with room in them. I mean the barrel, the bowed leg and the baggy straight, cut loose enough that the fabric moves when you walk. I wear them with a fitted tee or a cropped knit so the volume sits all in the leg.

If you want a barrel that looks like it came from a vintage shop, Cult Gaia's Anber and the Kallmeyer Callum both have that rounded curve through the knee. Pistola does the bowed wide leg well, and the Lioness Horseshoe is the one I would pick for a lighter wash. Free People's Good Luck barrel and the Madewell darted barrel sit a little higher and a little softer. For a darker, cleaner day, EB Denim's baggy and the DL1961 Bilie are easy to wear with loafers. Cuff the hem once and let it stack on a sneaker.
