Warm Edit

Butter yellow knits, cardigans and tops, styled with creams and soft greys so the color stays easy to wear. It is for anyone who wants a gentle color that still stands out.

Butter yellow is the color I keep reaching for when black feels too heavy and white feels too stark. It is soft enough to wear all day and still reads as a choice. My rule is to keep everything around it quiet, so the yellow does the talking.

Start with a knit. The Marin sweater from La Ligne and the Nico chunky cardigan from Alex Mill both go over jeans and a white tee without any fuss, and the short sleeve cardigan from LE BOP works over a skirt. For something dressier, the Delicias strapless top from Damaris Bailey is the one I would wear out at night. I like the Lola pullover from Solid & Striped when I want a little color play, and the Katja top from HEVRON for a plaid that does not shout. Pair any of them with grey from Guest in Residence or cream, and you are done.
