WellBeing + BeingWell is an in-house active lifestyle label launched in 2022, built around the hours between a workout and the rest of the day. I like it for soft, easy pieces that move from the mat to the coffee line.

WellBeing + BeingWell Activewear: Where to Start

A training label built in-house
Most brands I write about start with a founder and a sketchbook, and this one does not, which is part of why I find it interesting. WellBeing + BeingWell launched in 2022 as the first in-house active lifestyle label from a big fashion retailer, designed by a team that had watched what its customers actually wanted to wear.
The first collection came in two moods. LoungeWell was soft heather jersey for everyday leisure and gentle movement, and MoveWell was the more supportive side for harder sessions. The name feels literal in a useful way: it is built for the middle ground between a workout and everything after it.
I read the appeal in the little transitions, a bra under an open shirt, a short with a soft layer when the studio door opens. It is activewear for someone who wants one outfit to work before and after class, and it is a gentle ambition, not a hard-core training manifesto.

Tops that carry you past class
These tops feel a little more styled than a uniform set, which I appreciate. The Dillon Off-shoulder Tee gives a basic workout top an open neckline, the Flowwell Bisou Sports Bra is the studio-minded anchor, and the Flowwell Zoya Halter Tank is the brighter, more deliberate silhouette. The Allyn Lounge Bra tips the mix toward quiet mornings and low-key errands.
Picture a slow Saturday that starts with a mat and ends with coffee. I would wear the Allyn Lounge Bra under an open button-down, then switch to the Zoya when I want something sharper. Before choosing between a bra and a tank, check the size chart, especially if the class is a higher-impact one. What I would skip is the lounge bra for a hard session.

Shorts and layers for the in-between hours
This is where the label starts to look like a whole day instead of a workout kit. The Flowwell Vela 3 Inch Short and Flowwell Ryanne Crossover 4 Inch Short are two takes on warm-weather movement, with the Mari Short as a third. When I want one piece and no outfit math, the WarmWell Olivos Zip Up Jumpsuit and Flowwell Beck Romper do the work, and the Fleur Cropped Sweater, Tansy Pullover and Arden Shrug are for the cool walk home.
In my fashion dreams, she leaves class in the Ryanne shorts and throws the Arden over her shoulders before grabbing groceries. That is the appeal to me: clothes that move with a day without asking for a costume change. Choose your shorts by length first, then add a lighter layer if the outfit is going outside the studio.

A softer way to dress for movement
WellBeing + BeingWell works best when I think of it as a small bridge between the workout drawer and the everyday one. The label was built with that idea from the start, with enough shapes to cover a short session and the hours around it.
I would begin with the Dillon Off-shoulder Tee and the Flowwell Vela 3 Inch Short, then add a softer bra or sweater depending on how I actually spend a morning. It is not asking for a new fitness identity. It offers a gentler way to get dressed for movement and whatever follows, although I suspect the Arden Shrug will end up on the sofa.
