Astier De Villatte

Astier De Villatte

Astier de Villatte is a Paris home house founded in 1996 by Benoît Astier de Villatte, Mathilde Carron-Astier de Villatte and Ivan Pericoli. The founders met through the École des Beaux-Arts milieu and built the line around hand-finished ceramics inspired by objects from the past. The collection still treats a butter dish, vase or incense holder as a small piece of domestic archaeology.

Our honest take

Our honest take: the brand is strongest when its signature is allowed to stay visible without being over-explained. If you take one thing away, choose the piece that makes that signature part of your own daily rhythm.
