Lemme Purr is the Kourtney Kardashian Barker supplement that put vaginal health gummies on a mainstream shelf. This edit covers Lemme's gummies and capsules, the Love Wellness picks that sit beside them, and washes, wipes and a probiotic from other brands.
Lemme Purr and the Gummy That Made Vaginal Health Talkable

Start with the date, because it is easy to check. Lemme launched in September 2022, and its first press release, dated Sept. 12, 2022, introduced it as a vitamin and supplement brand from Kourtney Kardashian Barker. She co-founded it with Simon Huck and Nir Liberboim. The company sells a lot of different gummies now, but the one I want to start with is Lemme Purr.
Purr itself was unveiled in 2023 by Kardashian Barker and Simon Huck. Its listed ingredients are pineapple extract, vitamin C and SNZ 1969 probiotics, and I like a label you can recite. In October 2025 the brand also released Purr as a probiotic lollipop, made with SNZ 1969, vitamin C and real pineapple, which tells you they think about format as much as formula.
The first grid is Lemme's own shelf. Purr: Vaginal Health Gummies is the headline, and the Vaginal Odor & pH Balance Probiotic Capsules are the capsule version for anyone who prefers to swallow something. Debloat: Daily Digestive Gummies, Sleep: Sleep Tight Gummies and Glow: Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies fill out the rest, each named for its job in a way I find refreshingly direct.
I would read every label, take only what it says, and keep the list of what you already take close by. Please ask a doctor before starting any supplement, and certainly for anything persistent.

Two more vaginal health picks
Lemme is not the only name on this shelf, and I like comparing labels side by side. Love Wellness is the other brand I keep looking at, and its four picks here are an easy way to see how a different company handles the same category.
Good Girl Probiotics is the vaginal probiotic. Healthy V Vitamin is a vaginal health vitamin, and the label has the directions. Those two are for swallowing, so they sit naturally beside the gummies and capsules in the first grid, and the comparison is simply a matter of reading ingredients and directions.
The other two are for the outside. The pH Balanced Wipes are vulva wipes, and the pH Balanced Cleanser is the matching vulva cleanser. The brand describes them as made for that skin, and I would use them the way the box says, briefly and externally. That is an important distinction. A wipe or a cleanser is for washing the outside of the body, and nothing in the vagina itself needs soap.
If you try the wipes, keep a small pack in a gym bag or a travel kit, since that is where they are most useful. If anything stings or leaves you itchy, stop using it, and mention it to a doctor if it does not settle quickly. Patting dry with a clean towel afterward is gentler than rubbing, and loose cotton underwear is a kind finishing touch.
Washes, wipes and another probiotic
The last grid is a mixed shelf from other brands, and it shows how many ways a company can approach this category. I treat it as a place to compare formats, not as a recommendation to buy everything.
Luna Daily's Everywhere Spray-To-Wipe is a spray you use on a tissue or directly on skin, for the outside only, and the name mentions prebiotics and vitamins C and E. HUM Nutrition's Private Party is a vaginal probiotic capsule with cranberry, and if you like the idea of the gummies in the first grid but not the chew, it is the nearest comparison. maude's Wash is a body wash and bubble bath described as pH balanced, a mild one for the shower or tub, and the one I would reach for if you want a simple wash and nothing else on the label to think about. Dr. Barbara Sturm's V Wash is a mild intimate cleanser with probiotics and hyaluronic acid.
What I would skip: layering three cleansers and two wipes in the same week. More steps are not more care. I would also skip anything heavily scented on this skin, douching of any kind, and using a wash inside the body. Pick one wash, use it on the outside only, and keep the routine boring. If you notice a change in discharge, smell or comfort that lasts more than a few days, that is a question for a doctor, not for a shopping cart.

Choosing without overthinking
Choosing starts with a plain question. I would start with what you actually want from the category, which is usually one thing, and pick one product in that lane. Then I would leave it alone for a few weeks, and write down the start date so you remember when you began. That tiny note makes it much easier to tell a doctor what you have been taking, and in what order.
Keep supplements where you will see them, next to the kettle or the toothbrush, and keep washes and wipes where you will use them. Read the label for every ingredient, especially if you have allergies, are pregnant or take medication. Lemme Purr is a good example of how to read a label, since the ingredient list is short enough to take in at a glance. And one last plain line: talk to a doctor before you start any supplement, and see one for anything that is persistent, painful or new.
