Sweet Tooth Sabrina Carpenter Perfume: The Candy-Bar Line And Dessert Scents

Sweet Tooth Sabrina Carpenter began in 2022 as a pink chocolate bar in glass and grew into a small wardrobe of moods. Here is how I would sort the range, plus gourmand perfumes, dessert mists and body care to layer with it. Begin with the original Sweet Tooth.

The chocolate factory, in a bottle

Roald Dahl's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory came out in 1964, and it has been making children hungry ever since. Wikipedia notes that Dahl's schooldays and his brushes with Cadbury and Rowntree's helped inspire it. That is the first thing I thought of when I saw a bottle shaped like a bar of chocolate. It is the same fantasy, only now it goes on your wrists.

Sweet Tooth Sabrina Carpenter launched in 2022, made by Scent Beauty with the perfumer Gil Clavien. Fragrantica describes the bottle as a pink chocolate bar in faceted glass, and the brand calls the scent pure confectionary joy. The notes read like a dessert menu: chocolate marshmallow, candied ginger and bergamot on top, jasmine, coconut milk and Madagascar vanilla in the heart, and Chantilly cream, sugared musks and cashmere wood underneath. I like that it does not pretend. It is a treat, and it says so. Glossy reported in January 2026 that the original is still the brand's top seller.

The trick is to see the first grid as a wardrobe. Sweet Tooth is the pink one. Caramel Dream is the golden-brown one, Cherry Baby is the red one, Me Espresso is the coffee one, and Sweet Tooth Lemon Pie is the newest, launched in December 2025. The matching Body Sprays for Sweet Tooth and Caramel Dream are for a quick refresh after the gym, and the Bite Sized Coffret is the way to try the set before you commit to one.

Gourmand perfumes with the same sweet tooth

Here is how I would choose a gourmand: pick the food you actually like to eat. A perfume that smells like something you would never order will not suit you, however good the reviews are.

The family has a long history. Mugler's Angel, from 1992, is described as the first modern gourmand, and everything on this shelf is one of its grandchildren. Kayali's Capri in a Bottle Lemon Sugar 14 is the bright, tart one. Dolce&Gabbana's Devotion Intense with hazelnut and vanilla is the cosy one, and their Q Parfum with candied cherry and jasmine is the playful one. Kilian Paris's Midnight Espresso with coffee is the late-night one, and Tom Ford's Vanilla Sex with sandalwood and jasmine is the most grown-up vanilla of the bunch. Kayali's Oudgasm Chocolate Oud 11 sits at the dark end, and Le Monde Gourmand's Bisous de Fleur and Gucci's Flora Gorgeous Orchid Intense are the floral gourmands.

A pairing I like: a sugary spray from the first grid on your wrists and a coffee or wood perfume on your scarf. The sweetness gets a floor to stand on.

What I would skip: two gourmands on the same day, in the same room. Sweet notes stack quickly, and the effect turns from a treat into a bakery.

Dessert-sweet hair and body mists

A habit worth borrowing: mist your hair from a foot away, not your scalp. Hair holds on to scent, and a light cloud over the ends keeps you smelling nice long after you have left the house.

Mists are where the dessert idea gets easy. Sol de Janeiro's Cheirosa 91 is the sunny, pink one, and L'Occitane's Amande Creme Brulee is the soft, nutty one. Sephora Collection's Cherry + Whipped Cream is the cherry counterpart to Cherry Baby, and Valentino's Born in Roma Caramel Crush is the limited-edition one for a caramel lover. Summer Fridays' Pistachio Milk and Touchland's Caramel Kiss are both cosy, LoveShackFancy's Berry Kiss brings marshmallow, and dae's Dream Veil with vanilla is the gentlest.

A pairing I like: a caramel mist in your hair and a light perfume on your skin. It gives you a scent that moves with you, and it saves the eau de parfum for the moments that matter.

What I would skip: a sweet mist in a small car or a packed lift. Mists are made to be generous, and enclosed spaces make them heavier than you meant.

Sweet-scented body and lip care for layering

One rule for layering: match the scent family, and keep the rest of the routine quiet. A vanilla body cream under a vanilla perfume makes the perfume last, and a citrus one makes a mess.

This grid is the base layer. PHLUR's Vanilla Skin Body Oil is the sleek, glowy one, and CYKLAR's Vanilla Verve comes as a body cream with niacinamide and a semi-solid scrub with shea butter, so one scent covers the whole shower. Summer Fridays' Pistachio Milk Body Butter Balm is the rich, hydrating one, with hyaluronic acid. Josie Maran's Vanilla Bean is a whipped argan body butter in a refillable jar. Sephora Collection's Cherry + Whipped lotion is the cherry-scented one, which matches the Cherry Baby colour story. Rare Beauty's Amber Vanilla layering balm goes on like a solid perfume, and fresh's Sugar Lip Balm is the small, sweet finishing touch.

A pairing I like: the CYKLAR cream after the shower, the Sweet Tooth spray on top, and the lip balm at the end.

What I would skip: a scrub with a fragrance on skin that is already irritated. Sensitive skin reacts to fragrance, so patch test first.

Picking a bar from the box

I think the original Sweet Tooth is still the best place to start, because it is the one the whole line grew from, and the one the brand sells most. Wear it on a plain weekday for a week and see if it makes you smile.

If you do, add one body product from the same family and stop there. Sweet scents are best kept to a small circle, because a whole routine of dessert gets tiring. A pink chocolate bar on your dresser is treat enough, and it never melts.
